The General Assembly Meeting of ICOL Global Holding B.S.C (Closed) was held on 24th of June 2009 in Gulf Hotel – Bahrain, the meeting was chaired by the chairman of the company Mr. Mamdooh Qarooni and attended by the board members. The Managing Director / CEO Mr. Jawad Sabt briefed the shareholders on the achievements made during the financial year ended on 31st March 2009 and highlighted on the company’s prospective business plan for year 2009. The chairman Mr. Qarooni explained the company's strategy and the objectives to be achieved after the merge process, he responded to the shareholders queries.
